Hi, my name is Astrid Haugen. Thank you for visiting my site!
Dynastysearch Genealogy Services' mission is to perform quality and documented genealogical research for those interested in discovering their cultural heritage and family history.
Helping people learn where they came from gives me great pleasure. That's because I seriously believe in the importance of knowing one's family history to pass down to future generations. My main areas of expertise are Norway, Sweden, Italy, and U.S.A. The skills I have acquired have allowed me to conduct genealogical research for myself, family, and friends. I love to connect with relatives and find descendants of common ancestors to share knowledge and old photographs. My findings, stories, and pictures are often exhibited on my blog, Of Trolls and Lemons, along with "how-to" articles.
I speak Italian, Spanish, and Norwegian -- all of which are used to translate records and correspond with foreign archive personnel. If necessary, I would be happy to take a trip to your town/city of interest to search for records (travel fees apply).
I would love to help you dig up your roots!
